Preparing for Economic Change Part 2

Preparing for Economic Change, when everyone else is Doom and Gloom!

The recent economic crisis has wreaked havoc on businesses and on families across the world. A lot of people talk and read about the economic crisis to the point where they create extreme stress or more anxiety.

So, what can you do if the economy has you worried about your personal finance? First, don't assume and don't create negative speculation. Become aware of you points of view, your fears and your emotions. Take stock of your own situation and make sure you are not panicked about something that hasn't happened. Learn to channel your anxiety and stress by choosing to be aware.

* Recognize that your thoughts, feelings and emotions are only energy; they have no significance unless you make it so. If you make it significant, you make it heavy. If it is significant, it becomes solidity and then you have trapped yourself.

* When you are judging that what you are doing (or what someone else is doing) is correct and right - then there is no room for anything else to show up.

* To allow new possibilities to show up, you must destroy and uncreate what you currently have which you believe is right.

* All points of view are just an interesting point of view. When you are willing to let go of a fixed point of view about your business, your clients or your market, business opportunities will show up. In fact, they have always been there, you have just been unwilling to see them.

* To let go of your fixed point of view you have to be willing to be wrong. It is important to let go of defending your point of view of the need to be right. When you get upset or angry over a certain issue, you can be sure that you have a fixed point of view about that circumstance. You can ask - What fixed point of view am I making significant here?

* Just stop buying others' points of view - Life is a choice
